Most directories are either pay-for-placement (where the loudest law firm wins) or so siloed by jurisdiction that a person trying to find help across borders has nowhere to start. Clients can’t tell who’s verified. Lawyers spend thousands on lead-gen that delivers cold leads. Trust is gone.
