Higher salary threshold

The general threshold rose from £26,200 to £38,700. The going rate for the specific occupation code remains the controlling figure if higher.

Shortage Occupation List replaced

The familiar SOL has been replaced by the Immigration Salary List, with a smaller set of roles and time-limited inclusions.
