Does my small online shop need a privacy policy?
I run a small online store selling handmade goods. I collect names, emails and delivery addresses, and use an email newsletter tool. Do I legally need a privacy policy?

In most cases, yes. Many privacy laws require businesses that collect personal data to tell people what is collected, why, how long it is kept, who it is shared with, and what rights they have. A privacy notice is the usual way to do that.
Your policy should reflect what you actually do, including the third-party tools you use (payment processors, email marketing, analytics). Copying another site’s policy can leave you with inaccurate promises.
Marketing emails often have separate consent rules, and cookies or tracking tools may require consent banners in some places.
